A $10 handling fee is added to each order in adddition to shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FOR MOST ITEMS:

UNDER $400.00 IN VALUE:

$20.00 via international non insured registered mail. 

First class international mail non registered is available at reduced cost upon request.

Priority International Insured:  $35.00

OVER $400 IN VALUE:

$37.00 via priority international mail.  Insurance may be limited to your country.

FED EX fully insured is available to most countries.  Quote available by weight, value and country.

INSURANCE

We reserve the right to require insurance.

Insurance covers damage in transit and non-delivery.  In the case of damage, purchaser must keep all packaging and return all of the packaging as well as the damaged item to us.  In the case of non-delivery, purchaser must file a police report and provide us with a copy.  We then report the incident to the postal inspector or carrier who will also investigate.  Once the post office or carrier delivers the package whether it is signed for or not, it is no longer covered by shipping insurance, however, it may be covered by your homeowners insurance.  Normally claims are paid within 30 days after the damaged product is returned to us or from the date we receive the police report.

When a shipment requires a signature and more than three attempts are made and no one is available to sign, the insurance may no longer be in effect.  The customer would then assume all responsibility for any loss or damage.

 

INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE

International insurance coverage is the same as domestic with the following exceptions:   If the package is held or confiscated by customs or any government authority, insurance does not apply.  It is the international customers responsibility to make sure the item is allowed for import and they have the necessary licenses if any are required to import.  If the item is returned to us due to a customs problem, we will issue a refund and keep the item.  We reserve the option to issue less than a full refund if the item has been tampered with in a way that decreases the value of the item or if the spot price of the precious metal the item was made from has declined in price since the date of purchase.

  RETURNS

If you receive an item that was not as described and it is post marked for return within three business days of receipt we will give a full refund and pay for the return postage.  The only exception is if the customer removed the item from original mint packaging or a grading companies slab or in some other way handled the item which results in a decrease in value of the item.

If the item is as described but the customer changed their mind, we will purchase the item back.  Customer will pay for return shipping.  The buy back price will be 90% of the original purchase price minus any percent decrease in the value of the precious metal the item was made from, based on the high of the day the item was purchased to the low of the day the item is received back by us.  The only exception is if the customer removed the item from  original mint packaging or a grading companies slab or in some other way handled the item in a way which results in a decrease in value of the item in which case there will be an additional adjustment.  The buy back option is available for seven business days from date of receipt of the item by the customer.
