1.  Will you mark an item as a gift on international shipments?

Even though the intent of the purchase may be a gift, it is not a gift from us to you.  Customs forms require a signature which constitutes a sworn statement.  We will not make false sworn statements on customs forms.  We also recommend that you do not purchase precious metals from any entity that either does not understand customs forms or willingly breaks the law.
